My favorite summer read of this year would have to be Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. I can't rave about this book enough! Also, Sarah Dessen is still one of my favorite author for summer, so you can never go wrong with picking up one of her books.

So far my favorite summer read has been the book I'm actually giving away for the hop... Dead on the Delta by my friend Stacey Jay. Set in Louisiana where it's all hot and sweaty, snarky and just plain fun with the mystery blended in... yep this is one I am gonna put on the keeper shelf. :)

My favorite reads for the summertime is Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. She is so humerous. Last summer, I did read Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. I highly enjoyed, and would recommend it, but it was over 800 pages... so you a lot of extra time.
